Invitas Salons
Deepen your practice of Conversational Leadership with a small group of peers
Invitas Salons are for people interested in exploring the Seven Elements of Conversational Leadership. Salons are comprised of eight sessions held virtually and facilitated by two of the Invitas Faculty. The intent of the Salons is to give participants a vibrant and meaningful connection to each of the elements and to foster the application of the elements in ones’ personal or vocational life.
In an hour and forty-five minutes, each session covers one of the elements in an engaging, experiential way. Small group and pairs exercises, whole group conversation, and an overview of each element by the facilitator will happen in each session. There are light assignments and the opportunity to connect with other participants between the scheduled meetings.
