Pauline Elliot

Pauline is known for her invitational and empathic approach to leadership. She inspires and encourages others to bring their full selves and gifts to work, and creates environments for rich dialogue and engagement. In addition to her roles with Invitas, Pauline serves as executive director for David Whyte & Many Rivers, where she leads the team through significant growth and changes, helping bring the insights and companionship of poetry to a growing number of people around the planet. Pauline currently lives on Whidbey Island with her beloved pups and multi-generational family.
